Sustainability Manager

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting environmental best practices and driving sustainable solutions across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to reduce our environmental footprint, aligning with industry standards and business objectives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive environmental documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of environmental solutions.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness and competence in environmental sustainability.
  • External Representation: Represent Fawkes and Reece in a professional manner, engaging with external stakeholders and consultants as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Bid Support: Contribute to the development of bid responses, ensuring that environmental considerations are effectively communicated.
  • Zero Harm and Exemplary Performance: Drive a culture of zero harm and exemplary health, safety, well-being, and environmental performance across our operations.
