Key Responsibilities- Provide support to individuals with Personality Disorder and Complex Emotional Needs in improving their mental health and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care
- Engage with clients, build positive relationships, and provide emotional support to help them manage their mental health
- Contribute to the development and implementation of interventions under the direction and supervision of qualified staff
- Support ward discharges and facilitate pre-engagement work to enable patients to access active services
- NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care Certificate or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of mental health conditions and a caring approach to patients
- Ability to work as part of a team, with good written and oral communication skills
- Diplomatic, caring, and sympathetic approach to patient care
- IT skills and ability to develop observations skills with accurate and timely reporting
