Requirements
  • Pre- and post-contract experience in quantity surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimating and cost planning.
  • Cohesive understanding of construction methods and procurement strategies.
  • Practical skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Cost X experience desirable, with training provided.
