We're seeking a talented and driven Internal Sales professional to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our branch team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As an Internal Sales professional, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on customer quotations
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Keep track of back orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Support the operational team with spare parts conversion and customer supply chain consolidation
  • Provide support to the stores team during annual leave coverage
