About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in a leadership capacity. As a Senior Civil Engineer - Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of civil engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software
