We are seeking an Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general reception duties, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and Deputy Manager
  • Manage correspondence, telephone enquiries, and reception duties
  • Prepare and submit data relating to petty cash and wages totals
  • Match supplier invoices and delivery notes
  • Provide an efficient telephone and reception service
  • Attend training courses and sessions as required
