About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing profitability within our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Manage and optimize showroom operations to ensure maximum profitability, including reviewing costs and modifying stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience and that their needs are met.
  • Ensure that all sales and customer interactions are conducted in a safe and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success and experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving license, with a willingness to travel as required.
