Sales and Operations Leader for Travel Services

We are currently seeking a seasoned Sales and Operations Leader for our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our operations and driving sales performance.

We invite applications from individuals with a background in travel management, including roles such as Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, or Supervisors.

In this position, you will oversee the financial and sales outcomes of your team. This is a proactive role that requires a 'lead from the front' mentality. You will collaborate with the broader dnata management team to achieve sales objectives while promoting the dnata brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the daily operations, inspiring and developing your team.
  • Enhance revenue through a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Ensure service quality and performance targets are consistently met.
  • Manage operational and financial budgets effectively, aiming to minimize costs while maximizing revenue.
  • Work closely with post-sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively address them through operational analysis.
  • Coordinate with management to optimize resource allocation for call flow.
  • Engage with marketing and sales departments to boost customer engagement through local initiatives and events.
  • Develop localized revenue strategies, including target setting and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in brand-related events and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a strategic role within the travel sales sector, whether in retail or call center environments.
  • Strong operational management background.
  • Comprehensive understanding of resource management and delivery.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to lead and mentor others.
  • Resilient and capable of overcoming obstacles to achieve goals.
  • Self-driven with a positive and mature work approach.
  • Ability to establish meaningful KPIs and maintain focus on achieving them.
  • Skilled in building a high-performing team through effective recruitment and development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong influencing capabilities at senior management levels.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high personal standards.
