Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our residential care facility in the UK. Our home has a GOOD CQC rating and provides high-quality care for various categories including dementia, older person care, sensory impairment, and respite care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage financial aspects while ensuring quality care remains uncompromised.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate performance, implementing necessary changes to enhance quality of care and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a residential care facility with a good track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
  • Recognised qualification in health & social care.
