Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner to join our lovely team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving results and increasing employee engagement to support our business strategy.

About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our managers and employees to achieve high levels of trust, respect, and professionalism. You will advise and coach managers on how to work the people agenda to deliver success, support a culture of high performance, and enable and challenge team cultures and behaviours to ensure they are consistent with our organisational culture.

You will also analyse people trends and metrics, understand data and insight both externally and internally, and support all managers and employees on HR policies and practices. Additionally, you will develop plans and report on recruitment, training, succession planning, and talent development, and resolve complex employee relations and absence issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD level 5 or above
  • Experience of operating with a commercial understanding of business needs and goals
  • Up-to-date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
