Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Octane Recruitment's main dealership in Kilmarnock. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of some experience as a Vehicle Technician or relevant up-to-date qualification.
  • An MOT qualification is a significant advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a passion for cars.
  • A full valid UK driving license is required.
