About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients. You will work closely with our head chef to develop menus and create daily specials, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section.
  • Maintain high culinary standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served.
  • Assist in menu development and the creation of daily specials.
