Job Title: Inclusion Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Coordinator to join our team at Stoke On Trent College. As an Inclusion Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with students, staff, and external agencies. You will also have a deep understanding of the barriers that prevent learners from achieving their full potential and be able to develop and implement strategies to overcome these challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualised support to students who require additional help to access college courses.
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address the needs of students.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and organisations to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Salary: £28,821 per annum. This is a permanent position (1.0 FTE) based at Stoke On Trent College.
