Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our Field Engineering Services Team at SWARCO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and commissioning traffic signal equipment to meet customer specifications and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and commission all aspects of the team portfolio, ensuring contractual obligations and terms are met.
  • Represent the Company's best interests at all times, ensuring all routine and reactive work is carried out in line with contractual conditions.
  • Assist in maintaining Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental accreditations.
  • Perform maintenance works 24/7, including standby, to avoid rebates.
  • Knowledge of the contract, customer details, and project scope is essential.

Requirements

  • GCSEs in English, Maths, and Sciences (or equivalent).
  • Sector 8 Accreditation (desirable, with training provided).
  • Good understanding of traffic signal site installation and basic theory.
  • Knowledge of traffic controllers and equipment.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Organized, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
  • Full driving license.
