Job Title: Field Service Maintenance Engineer

PDI Technologies is seeking an experienced Field Service Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing hardware support to our customers 13 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend maintenance visits as required.
  • Respond to all calls within the required service level agreement.
  • Manage assets and provide accurate and timely call closure and stock reporting.
  • Attend proactive maintenance, basic installation, and joints visits as scheduled by the Operations Team.
  • Complete all engineering paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Basic technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
