About the Role:

About the Position:

The Service Administrator will be responsible for:

  1. Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Planning and assigning maintenance and service jobs to engineers.
  • Coordinating emergency call-outs and urgent service requests.
  • Managing the service calendar to meet deadlines and SLAs.
Customer Service:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Keeping clients informed of scheduled visits, changes, and updates.
  • Addressing client concerns promptly and escalating issues when necessary.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintaining accurate records of service visits, repairs, and client interactions.
  • Preparing and distributing job sheets, quotes, and service reports.
  • Managing inventory levels and ordering necessary parts or equipment.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum based on experience.
