About the Role

As a Building Safety Compliance Lead, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and compliance of our built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee annual gas safety inspections, EICR electrical inspections, fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, fire risk assessments, water risk assessments, legionella inspections, lift inspections, portable appliance testing, lightning conductor inspections, RIDDOR reporting, asbestos management, and firefighting equipment checks.

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this role is £46,000 per annum. The location is Ipswich, where you will be based.

Requirements
