As a key member of our team, you'll work in partnership with managers and leaders to deploy progressive organisational development projects, frameworks, and initiatives. You'll facilitate teams to have the self-awareness and confidence to drive change and deliver our Reimagine Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and deliver systemic organisation development activities, interventions, and tools in line with priority business objectives.
  • Lead team coaching and development work, empowering teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Support the People Partners to deploy new/updated practices into the organisation, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to co-create solutions, using stakeholder feedback to shape and refine changes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of changes, driving continuous improvement in response to feedback and contextual changes.

Requirements

  • Experience of leading and implementing successful changes using organisation development, diagnostic, and dialogic practices, ideally gained within a large, complex, global organisation.
  • Experience of driving large-scale organisation change through to successful embedment.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership to create and implement change.
  • Advanced understanding of cultural and behavioural change.
