Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Smiggle Plymouth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our products, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products, making recommendations and providing demonstrations as needed.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of stationery products and trends.
- Ability to lift and move stock as required.
