Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are currently looking for a talented Clinical Care Lead to join our team at St Luke's Hospice. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our hospice and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

**About the Role:**

  • As a Clinical Care Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management support to our multidisciplinary team.
  • You will work closely with our Director of Clinical Services and other senior team members to develop and implement strategic plans that improve patient care and outcomes.
  • One of your key responsibilities will be to engage with patients, families, and local health and social care stakeholders to shape the long-term vision of our hospice.
  • You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our hospice's wider strategic goals.

**Benefits Package:**

  • An estimated salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • 26 days annual leave (increasing with service, capping at 31 days) plus bank holidays.
  • The ability to continue your NHS pension.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
