Learning Content Specialist

**Job Title:** Content Developer
**Job Type:** Freelance or Part Time or Contract
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location
ResponsibilitiesAs a Content Developer at Niit, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with client subject matter experts to research, organize, and write course content.
- Developing and producing instructor-led training materials and web-based learning solutions.
- Drafting course materials, including scenario overviews, scenarios, tutoring/intervention, course introductions and conclusions, and question-and-answers.
- Reviewing courses for content errors and ensuring all images and graphics accurately represent course content.
- Analyzing data and developing detailed Teaching Points analysis.
- Participating in working sessions with clients to review course materials. Responding to feedback and incorporating it into high-quality deliverables.
To be successful as a Content Developer at Niit, you will need:
- Experience applying information mapping concepts to instructor-led training design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Strong project and time management skills, managing multiple priorities while interacting pleasantly and productively with others.
- A team player with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve project goals and requirements.
