Becoming the Fundraising Strategist at The Baobab Centre for Young Survivors means being part of a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of young asylum seekers and refugees. With a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

Working closely with our operations team, you will identify new opportunities for funding and build strong relationships with trusts and foundations. You will also assist in delivering our individual major donor programme, helping to set up and deliver communications and events related to this income stream.

This role offers the chance to explore further fundraising activities, including events and corporate fundraising. You will receive expert mentoring from a senior fundraising consultant and have the opportunity to become an active member of the Baobab community.

Our focus areas are rehabilitation and justice, and as Fundraising Strategist you will be instrumental in driving forward our mission. With your passion and experience, you will help us to create a brighter future for young survivors.
