The successful candidate will provide top-notch service across all of Ongo's services, including digital and social media platforms, telephone services, and face-to-face customer centre service to all customers.

You will have a focus on resolving the majority of enquiries right first time.

Purpose of Job:

To deliver exceptional customer experience through timely and effective contact handling, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries across various channels (digital, social media, phone, and face-to-face)
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits that promote work-life balance and career growth.
