Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Real Estate and Corporate Services teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work closely with our management and junior staff to achieve and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison and point of contact for certain clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work closely with management and junior staff to ensure the quality of work produced for clients.
  • Mentor junior members of staff and review work produced for submission to senior level staff.
  • Attend training to learn new skills and enhance your current abilities.
  • Play an active role in the setup of alternative investment funds and liaise with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the funds and follow up with third parties, including investors and fund managers.
  • Collaborate with fund accountants in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and complete all statutory filings and FATCA/CRS requirements for client entities.
  • Coordinate investor servicing, including investor CDD and onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and issuance of shareholder/capital statements.
  • Organize and participate in board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
  • Deal with client transactions with the support of the Engagement Manager.
  • Assist with various business projects as necessary.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualified or working towards being qualified as a governance professional (ICS Diploma preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in funds administration, corporate services, or private equity & debt.
  • Adaptable approach to using appropriate software and systems.
  • Team spirit, capacity to build strong client relationships, and ability to take initiative when appropriate.
