We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Support Assistant to work alongside our teaching staff at Tradewind Recruitment. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to manage classroom behavior and improve student engagement.
- Work closely with teachers to identify areas of support and provide targeted interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree is necessary for this role.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) are mandatory.
- This part-time position offers 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday from 8:45 AM to 4:40 PM.
- The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
