Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our Office Services team as Health and Safety Manager. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, supervising, and coordinating related aspects of the department and organisation's Health and Safety Management Systems, ensuring and monitoring compliance with all relevant legislation, while promoting Health and Safety across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Monitor and report on Health and Safety performance
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on Health and Safety matters
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure Health and Safety is integrated into all aspects of the organisation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Health and Safety management
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
