Inclusive Learning Lead

**Job Overview:** We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Professional to join our team at Mynottinghamnews. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences to children and young people with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining caseload responsibilities, advising schools on how to provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Delivering training by identifying training needs in schools and providing/developing appropriate training opportunities.
- Holding a full driving licence and having access to a car.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the relevant phase/setting, teaching children with SEN.
- Excellent teaching skills with clear communication to set goals and pupil expectations.
- Knowledge of attainment, progress, and outcomes to successfully develop learning and teaching strategies.

- Starting salary: £30,000-£46,525 per annum (MS/UPS + TLR2b pro rata for part-time).
