About The Happy Linen Company

As a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bookkeeping or finance-related roles, with proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Dext. AAT qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and make payments via bank accounts and other platforms.
  • Manage supplier import collection payments.

Credit Control:

  • Apply for and manage credit limits for wholesale customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure credit limits are not breached and chase/escalate as required.

Bookkeeping:

  • Perform bank reconciliations & reconcile bank statements and statements from other currencies.
  • Create and send sales invoices/credit notes as required.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
