We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team at The School Renovation Company Ltd. As a key member of our building contractors team, you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and managing construction projects from start to finish.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation and quantity surveying, with excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for construction projects
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including site visits and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures
