Senior Quantity Surveyor - Earthworks Specialist

We are currently searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. Our client, an International Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced professional to manage earthworks on this high-profile project.

About the Role
  • Prepare and agree variation accounts for main contracts and sub-contracts.
  • Monitor cost against targets and contract progress against accepted programmes and work plans.
  • Provide input into change control procedures for EOT, delays, and performance adjustment.
  • Prepare and agree interim valuations, final valuations, final accounts, and sub-contract final accounts.
  • Issue certification and payment to sub-contractors.
  • Provide contractual advice to management to ensure compliance with contract and legal administration obligations.
  • Identify potential commercial risks and evaluate options for their control and management.
Requirements
  • Qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
  • Successful experience at Quantity Surveyor level, demonstrating skill in delivering a positive commercial outcome for the project(s) with which you have been associated.
  • A full driving license is required.
