Join Our Team as a Subject Specialist Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Specialist Advisor to join our team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. As a Subject Specialist Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our teachers and schools with our qualifications, particularly in Modern Foreign Languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to teachers and schools on our qualifications and assessment processes.
  • Develop and maintain subject-specific resources and materials to support teacher and student learning.
  • Collaborate with our subject matter experts to ensure that our qualifications meet the needs of our schools and teachers.
  • Represent our brand and reputation in a professional and positive manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality support to our schools and teachers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in assessment and evaluation in education, particularly in Modern Foreign Languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, schools, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in Modern Foreign Languages, with a deep understanding of the curriculum and assessment processes.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in the use of MS Office.
  • Confidence with customer data and GDPR.
