MERJE Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Change & Projects Manager to support the establishment of a robust compliance framework and deliver key regulatory change projects within the risk and compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of regulatory change projects and maintain awareness of regulatory requirements
  • Provide input on Group Policies and Minimum Standards
  • Assist in M&A due diligence activities from a Risk & Compliance perspective
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting on key regulatory risks
  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired regulated entities

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the insurance sector
  • Experience in project management and delivery of regulatory change initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse complex regulatory requirements and propose practical solutions
  • Proficiency in drafting reports for senior stakeholders and committees
