This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Neville Court, a care home with a Good CQC rating. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work on a part-time basis. You will provide high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working with the multidisciplinary team
- Assess and respond to the changing needs of residents, ensuring their care is regularly reviewed and updated
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills, ensuring your practice remains up-to-date and reflective of best practice
