About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Care Practitioner to join our team as Lead ADHD Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with ADHD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ADHD pathway and Non-Medical Prescribing workforce
  • Work as an integral part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team and Leadership Team where ADHD diagnosis is considered, and recommendations made
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services for children and young people with ADHD
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive and coordinated service
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to other staff members

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of working within the speciality of neurodiversity at Senior (B7) level or above
  • Extensive practice as Independent non-medical prescriber within speciality
  • Experience of working therapeutically within ADHD and Neurodiversity
  • Substantial experience in managerial / nursing leadership roles
