Leisure Industry Programme Management Role

c£60k basic salary + strong bonus potential

We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our dynamic team in North Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading leisure attraction brand in Europe, offering a fantastic remuneration package and ability to progress within a fast-paced business.

Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our leisure facilities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans and seeking necessary approvals
  • Consolidating programme components, including scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, and quality requirements
  • Ensuring return on investment and maintaining original scope parameters
  • Preparing and maintaining programme schedules and resource allocation plans
  • Developing and agreeing budgets, controlling forecast and actual costs
  • Identifying and monitoring programme risks, planning responses, and addressing issues
  • Managing programme outcomes and integrating them into business-as-usual

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management roles, with a strong background in large construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
