Reporting to the Head of Projects, The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our leisure facilities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding leisure experiences.
Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of programmes (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and issues, and quality requirements)
Preparing and maintaining schedules of programme activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements
Developing, implementing and updating resource allocations plans (other than finance) needed for programmes, taking account of availabilities and scheduling
Identifying and monitoring programme risks (threats and opportunities), planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect programmes
Proven experience (5 years+) in programme management roles
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects
Must have experience in large construction projects
The role is based in North Wales - so the ability to be visible on sites/in the office full time is necessary
