About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team at Crimson Hotels. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel's plant and machinery are in optimum operating condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel plant and machinery, including heat, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
  • Carry out maintenance requests, including minor plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting, tiling work, and any other maintenance work required.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure the hotels are kept in an excellent state of repair.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications in general maintenance work incorporating a variety of plumbing, electrical, or joinery work.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision and prioritize your workload.
  • Can-do attitude, adaptability, and flexibility to respond to different requests and situations.
  • Good command of the English language and excellent presentation.
