Theatre Nurse / ODP - Full Time Role

In the heart of Norwich, we are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our dedicated team at a highly reputable private hospital. With state-of-the-art facilities, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to thrive in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of the theatre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support during surgical procedures.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, including orthopaedic, joint replacements, plastics, gynaecology, ENT, and general surgery.
  • Key responsibilities will include preparing patients for surgery, monitoring their condition throughout procedures, and supporting their recovery post-operatively.

Requirements:

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in scrub nursing in the UK.
  • Strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and commitment to working under minimal supervision.

Benefits Package:

  • A competitive annual salary of £35,000 - £38,000 (Band 6) depending on experience.
  • 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including employer and employee contributory pension, reward platform, and more.
