About the Role

We are seeking a talented Ad Operations Senior Executive to join our team in London. As a key member of our Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for managing clients' trafficking, measurement, and tagging, ensuring effective execution of all digital display and video campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing clients' trafficking, measurement, and tagging to ensure accurate campaign execution.
  • Translate media plans into ad server configurations, including creative details and analytics tracking.
  • Manage the building of taxonomy URLs and assign creatives to media placements.
  • Collaborate with Brand Safety partners to ensure compliance with brand safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to data integrity management across all digital activity.
  • Conduct QA/testing of tags to ensure accurate setup and troubleshoot when required.
  • Manage the distribution of creative/ad tags to key stakeholders/media partners.
About You
  • Previous experience in Ad Operations, with a strong knowledge of trafficking, reporting, and tagging.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Knowledge of ad verification and brand safety tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, planning, and local activation teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
