About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive, Ad Operations Specialist to join our team at Omnicom Media Group. As a key member of our Ad Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of digital advertising campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Trafficking and Management: Assist in managing clients' trafficking, measurement, tagging, and ensure effective execution of all digital display and video campaigns, including Pre-roll/TVO/Programmatic, and other online campaigns data set-ups.
  • Media Plan Implementation: Translate media plans accurately into an ad server, with creative details, landing URLs and analytics tracking to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Taxonomy URL Management: Manage the building of taxonomy URLs.
  • Creative Assignment: Assign creatives to appropriate media placements via trafficking sheets.
  • Brand Safety Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand Safety partners (e.g., DV) to wrap tags when required.
  • Data Integrity Management: Contribute to data integrity management across all digital activity.
  • Tag QA and Troubleshooting: Conduct QA/testing of tags to ensure accurate setup and troubleshoot when required.
  • Creative Distribution: Manage the distribution of creative/ad tags (redirects) to key stakeholders/media partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to deliver responses to briefs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with client service teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate curiosity and be a diligent learner with great attention to detail.
  • Team Management: Ensure that the work delivered by the team meets the client's objectives.
  • Prioritization and Delegation: Manage multiple priorities effectively and delegate work within the team when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in the team's deliverables.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Employ creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to business challenges.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Ad Operations. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Experience in Ad Operations: Previous exposure to trafficking, reporting, and tagging with a strong knowledge of Ad Operations.
  • Technical Skills: You should be comfortable using Excel and able to handle large sheets of data.
  • Ad Verification and Brand Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of ad verification and brand safety tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: We need someone capable of managing a variety stakeholder - client, planning and local activation teams across different markets.
  • Technical Expertise: Being a technical point person for questions from client service teams.
  • Attention to Detail and Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to self-prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns.
  • Team Player: Must be a team player, with collaborative work ethic and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, reacting quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.
  • Previous Experience in a Media Agency: Previous experience in a media agency managing a large international brand/account would be beneficial.
