Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa offers a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
As a member of our Bar and Restaurant team, you will be responsible for serving and ensuring the wellbeing of our guests. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain consistent service, following established systems and procedures.
A competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum is offered, along with excellent ongoing support, training and development opportunities. Other benefits include 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays per annum, Stakeholder Pension entitlement, discounted hotel room rates and on-going incentives and rewards.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with all departments in the hotel is crucial. You will also be expected to be mindful of waste, utilize all stock and minimize waste, and maintain high standards of Restaurant and back of house cleanliness and hygiene practices.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to assist with running food, preparing mise en place, setting up and closing down the Restaurant.
