We are seeking an exceptional Head of Buying to lead the development and delivery of our product and buying strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to join our senior leadership team and drive commercial growth across our key brands.

As the Head of Buying, you will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscape, as well as an awareness of key commercial data, and of retail and consumer trends, to inform the continual evolution of our product strategy. You will ensure the delivery of the strategy with and through a team, including senior buyers, buyers, designers, and production planners, directing the development of commercial collections each season, aligned to the strategy and brand DNA.

You will direct the sourcing strategy, ensuring the suitability of the supply chain in respect of all commercial requirements, and oversee the seasonal buying & production programming with the buying team to ensure all order fulfilment requirements are achieved. Leadership and team management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and develop your direct reports to fulfill their responsibilities and continuously develop their capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent commercial and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of commercial buying KPIs and metrics. You will also possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align the team to strategy and vision. A degree-level education and experience working in leadership positions within the fashion industry, preferably in menswear, are essential.
