We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Special Needs Teacher to join our dedicated team at a vibrant and supportive SEND School in Birmingham. The role involves teaching children with SEMH and complex needs, and requires a teacher with a passion for teaching and the ability to grow, nurture and develop children's development and a range of strategies to maintain good behaviour management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching children with SEMH and complex needs
- Developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies
- Working collaboratively with the school team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- QTS, PGCE or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a UK school
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
