We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team on Ward L5 at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide planned care and deliver high standards of patient care within Ward L5.
- Work as part of the healthcare team to deliver care and support to patients with complex medical needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities to ensure high-quality care.
- Organize and prioritize your workload to meet the needs of patients and the team.
- NVQ level 3 plus diploma (foundation degree)
- NMC registration
- Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate and the importance of following procedures and treatment plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with people, their families, and colleagues.
- Ability to support, supervise, and assess nursing associate students and healthcare support workers.
