Academic Support Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Assistant to join our award-winning team. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide personalized support to a student with severe and complex Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.
**About the Role:**
In this critical position, you will work closely with the teacher to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the student's unique needs. Your primary focus will be on providing emotional support, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, and assisting the teacher in delivering lessons.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to a student with severe and complex SEN
- Work collaboratively with the teacher to plan and deliver individualized learning programs
- Assist in creating a conducive learning environment that promotes engagement and motivation
**Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Relevant teaching assistant and SEN experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
