Job Title: Technical Coordinator

About the Role:

The Technical Coordinator will play a key role in the management of multi-utility services, coordination of site adoption processes, and oversight of open space provisions. This position will provide valuable support to technical colleagues, coordinating key technical processes to ensure efficient and accurate results, leading to cost and time savings for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the management company process from tender analysis through to handover and legal transfer, providing weekly progress updates to the Technical team.
  • Coordinate closed site adoption and bond processes with support from Engineers when required, including managing section agreements.
  • Coordinate utilities and services for sites, managing the procurement, appointment, and delivery of Multi-Utility contracts for all new developments with support from Engineers when required.
  • Provide support to the Technical team to ensure documentation control and guidelines are adhered to and managed effectively and consistently.
  • Coordinate technical aftercare queries to ensure they are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Support the Technical department with other ad hoc reporting or query requirements.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve processes, systems, and efficiency within the Technical team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the construction industry.
  • Experience of coordinating own workload and supporting a team.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and IT Systems.
