We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as Associate Director, Advancement Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational management of our division, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving performance and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and direct strategic direction, service improvement, and performance strategies to support the delivery of flexible, efficient, effective, and safe services across the division.
- Work closely with the Divisional Director and Divisional Chief Nurse to lead the internal delivery of cancer and RTT performance.
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of the division, ensuring operational delivery meets high-quality patient care and performance objectives.
- Develop and implement change management, performance management, and service transformation strategies to drive improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior operational leaders to drive digital opportunities and innovation to support clinical outcomes and service delivery.
