About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager from the arts and culture sector to join our London team.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic planning and implementation of media and digital campaigns for clients
  2. Maintenance of strong client relationships
  3. Press release creation and editing, as well as media list compilation and publicity plan development
  4. Overseeing digital campaign strategies and collaboration with stakeholders and partners
  5. Press trip and event management, stakeholder engagement, and social media content creation
  6. Relationship building and maintenance with media outlets and key industry figures
  7. New business development, proposal research, and presentation preparation
  8. Contribution to company social media and branding efforts
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Leadership and management abilities
  • Media relations and communications experience
  • Stakeholder partnership experience
  • Social media management experience
  • Database and media monitoring experience
  • Client relationship management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organisation skills
