About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Supporting Education Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our education staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that propel growth and align with business goals; strengthen and maintain brand identity, ensuring we resonate with target audiences and enhance our position in the market.
  • Customer Centricity: Devise strategies to boost customer attraction and retention for educators and schools within the education staffing market; optimise product marketing efforts to ensure our customers utilise and value the full range of services available to them; drive utilisation of HubSpot marketing hub to enhance customer profiling, campaign management, lead generation and data-driven decision-making; work closely with operations to align and maximise sales and marketing effectiveness, lead cross-divisional marketing initiatives that promote synergies and co-selling opportunities between different SEG brands.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the education staffing sector to guide marketing strategies; frequently engage with internal teams, school leaders, and strategic buyers to ensure product positioning and messaging align with their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence; ensure the team is well-equipped with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Budgeting and Performance: Manage the Recruitment and Supply marketing budget to maximise ROI through efficient resource allocation. Establish and track KPIs for all marketing activities, regularly reporting on performance and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A marketing qualification such as CIM is desirable.
