Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive sales growth and increase conversion rates across e-commerce, performance, and email marketing channels.

• Collaborate with the Brand and Content Manager to secure high-quality content for marketing channels, including packshots, e-commerce & lookbook imagery, video, and campaign assets.

• Align digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions.

• Oversee performance marketing channel activity to ensure all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimisations.

• Build and lead an innovative email strategy to increase customer base and promote loyalty.

• Contribute to the development of the overall marketing budget and its management.

• Lead and manage external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development).

• Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably in a senior role for a fashion business.

• Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics.

• Ability to analyse data and convert insight into action.

• Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.

• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.

• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and coordination with external agencies.

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and able to take initiative.

• Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and excellent written English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools.

• Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
